Job Title: IT Project ManagerRole Overview

The successful candidate will lead and deliver critical IT projects across our portfolio of brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects that drive business growth and transformation.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
  • Effectively allocate resources, manage project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Possess strong technical expertise in IT systems, software development, and infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in delivering successful IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Specific experience managing project delivery of online shopping websites.
  • Ability to juggle multiple smaller projects concurrently and prioritize resources.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, O365, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
