The Core HCM and Payroll Transformation project aims to replace the existing platform securing employee data and transactions, simplifying and standardizing processes. The goal is to empower the business and reduce reliance on P&C for daily people tasks.

Job Description:

  • Plan, control, and manage the delivery of projects in conjunction with a service delivery partner and the SAP Modernisation enterprise program.
  • Meet agreed business needs, identifying necessary resources and skills within cost, timescale, and quality parameters.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated management of large payroll and core HCM transformation projects from conception to implementation and realisation of program objectives.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects on time, on budget, and with quality.
  • Influenced program outcomes beyond span of control and brokered consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs and expectations.
  • Deliver defined Business Benefits under cost pressures.
  • Managed a HCM transformation including business and technology streams, business process reengineering, and SI partnering.

Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
