Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer - Electrical to join our M&E team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects in the renewable energy sector. Your primary focus will be on transmission lines, tender delivery, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of electrical engineering aspects for renewable energy and transmission line projects.
  • Managing internal and external resources to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Overseeing tender development and submission, ensuring compliance with technical and financial requirements.
  • Monitoring project progress, focusing on cost control, time management, scope, and quality.
  • Providing technical, safety, and quality support to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project engineering, ideally within the renewable energy and transmission line sectors.
  • Proven experience with tender processes, including the origination and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and schedules effectively.
