Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless rental experiences, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations through proactive communication, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Manage rental agreements, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pick-up and delivery of vehicles, maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, promoting additional rental products and services to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering open communication, and supporting colleagues in achieving their goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Competent computer skills, with proficiency in software applications and systems.
  • Current, unrestricted full driving license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and demands.
