Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets as the second-in-command.
  • To engage with prospective customers, conduct skin consultations, and provide product knowledge to enhance their skincare experience.
  • To foster a positive and supportive work environment that values teamwork, genuine connections, and individual contributions.
