Our Assistant Boutique Manager will be required to: Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customers Have an extensive product knowledge and must be able to act as the storyteller of CAMILLA Lead their Boutique Tribe by example using the CAMILLA values Assist the Boutique Manager in the day to day management of the boutique Meet KPI's and coach others to achieve theirs Take responsibility for the Boutiques Visual Merchandising and sensory experience Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers Ensure that the Boutique and it's angels are in line with the CAMILLA standards Who are we searching the heavens for?
