Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Summary:

This is a payroll administrator role that involves end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with legislative requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience with Australian payroll processing and possess a strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably with experience using Kronos or similar time and attendance systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data within SuccessFactors.
  • Handle payroll enquiries and provide timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and assist with reporting for internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience processing Australian payroll within a medium to large organisation.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors essential.
  • Kronos experience highly desirable (or similar time and attendance systems).
  • Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation obligations.
