Are you a detail-oriented admin superstar? We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to assist us with data entry and timesheet management.

**Role Overview**:
Due to another successful business win, Modus is on the hunt for an exceptionally driven Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team.
As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the collection and preparation of weekly payroll for 350 employees nationally.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our internal payroll databases, ensuring compliance, timesheet management, and delivering seamless payroll operations.

Working in a team of 4, this opportunity will suit someone who is looking to continue their administrative success in a stable and rewarding environment.

**YOUR DAY TO DAY**:

- Maintains payroll information by managing the collection, calculation, and entry of data.
- Manage the Payroll Team Job Centre in the operating system ensuring aged jobs are followed up with Modus Technicians for required paperwork/information.
- Responsible for the coordination efforts for any payroll matter that arises between employees, Human Resources, Operations, Projects and Management to ensure payroll is processed on time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy to ensure error-free processing.
- Extensive high-volume data entry experience working in a team atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- A quick learner, with a friendly and sociable personality
- Systems experience, intermediate Microsoft Office.
