Electrical Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team of graduates and entry-level engineers in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee electrical design, interface with multidisciplinary design teams, and implement and test engineering solutions using industry standards and tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing priorities against available resources, setting timelines for deliverables, and encouraging regular iteration on project outcomes.

You will also identify competencies, training, and development plans for team members, manage resource performance, and develop technical documentation.

Additional responsibilities include leading electrical design, change management, and functionality development through the entire project life cycle from concept to commissioning.

To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field, strong experience in an equivalent industrial area, and skills in project planning, budgeting, estimating, and cost control for electrical scope.

You will also need to demonstrate skilled organisational and administrative abilities, as well as a strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes involved in projects.
