Job Title: Electrical Project Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical project lead to oversee the planning and coordination of electrical works on our Western Ridge Crusher Project.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project objectives. This includes overseeing electrical supervision and associated trades, communicating SCJV electrical safety standards, and driving consistency through results in works completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Electrical supervision and associated trades
  • Understanding and communicating SCJV electrical safety standards
  • Driving consistency through results in works completion inclusive of documentation
  • Interfacing with external work groups as part of rail and project-wide services trades

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant electrical qualifications, Tier 1 experience in infrastructure projects, and familiarity with all related aspects of Australian Standards and Codes of Practice. You will also need to possess highly developed communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
