Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Creative Event Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that produces video and multimedia content for business units across the Department of Customer Service.

The successful candidate will have experience in event, creative or video related roles and possess excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will work collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality engaging events and provide support for live stream events, prepare and set up the studio for events and film shoots.

Balancing studio maintenance and upkeep alongside other competing priorities will also be a key aspect of this role.

A genuine interest in technology and live event environments is highly regarded, as is previous experience in a dedicated video/film studio environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and professional outlook.
  • Demonstrated experience with scheduling, booking and coordinating studio activities.

This is a Salary Grade 5/6 position, with the base salary starting at $99,938 plus superannuation.
