Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a Rehabilitation Consultant position at our organization.

The role can be based in various locations, offering a flexible working environment post probation.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will empower injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

  • You will actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care.
  • You will establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • You will conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments.
  • You will contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
  • You have strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
