We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Rehabilitation team at a national provider of workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. This role can be based in a flexible hybrid working environment.

The company delivers best-in-industry support to clients after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life and CTP insurance.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll empower injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
  • Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
  • Manage your time effectively as you enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office and from home (if you choose).

Your Qualifications:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access one of the vehicle perks offered)

Your Strengths:

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation (desirable, not essential)
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
