We are seeking talented professionals to join our Rehabilitation Team in a flexible hybrid working environment.

Our team works with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding injured clients through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care.
    • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
      • Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments.
        • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.
          • Manage your time effectively as you enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office and from home.

What We Need From You:

  • Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
    • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
      • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
    • Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
      • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
