Job Title: Gaming Host

As a Gaming Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering loyalty among our valued customers.

Job Description:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing world-class service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our casino, responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and maintain high-impact players, building relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and execute personalized guest plans, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each guest.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 21 years old or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior supervisory experience and/or college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and other relevant tools, with willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
