About the Role

This exciting opportunity is with a leading organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions for employment services. As a Partnerships Coach, you will be working closely with participants to explore their career aspirations, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.

You will work collaboratively with clients to understand their strengths, provide tailored coaching, link them to suitable job opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your energy, empathy, and commitment to outcomes will make a real difference.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions and be skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
