Meaningful Career Coach

We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic professional to join our team as a Meaningful Career Coach. In this role, you will work closely with individuals to understand their career aspirations, build their confidence, and support them in achieving meaningful employment.

You will take the time to get to know each participant's strengths, passions, and goals, providing tailored coaching and connecting them with suitable job opportunities. This is a fast-paced environment that requires energy, empathy, and a commitment to outcomes.

  • Identify and create career opportunities that match participants' skills and interests.
  • Advocate for inclusive employment practices, focusing on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Work collaboratively with employers to address skill shortages and promote inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance participant skills and employer/client compatibility.
  • Provide workplaces with the necessary adjustments and training to support and retain participants.
  • Facilitate disability awareness and inclusion training for employers.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYERS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO CREATE JOB OPPORTUNITIES.
  • Promote our organization as a trusted provider of career services for individuals with disabilities.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
