Project Leadership Role

As a leader in project management, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating multiple concurrent engineering and product development initiatives.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain integrated project schedules, ensuring seamless communication and alignment among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination, including planning, stakeholder engagement, tracking progress, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and implement project templates and scheduling tools to streamline planning and execution across projects.
  • Oversee milestone tracking, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (required).
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) or managing integrated schedules for complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and/or product development lifecycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, or similar scheduling tools).
  • Team Centre experience (essential).
