Job Title: Field Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the local delivery of SU ministry through training, coaching and leading both staff and volunteers in ministry opportunities within their district.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing SU ministry in the geographical area by establishing new camps and programs, and coaching event directors and volunteers.

This role is based out of a home office with frequent travel expected. The ideal candidate will be based in the Sydney area due to the leadership and networking responsibilities of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the local delivery of SU ministry through training, coaching and leading both staff and volunteers
  • Grow SU ministry in the geographical area by establishing new camps and programs
  • Coach event directors and volunteers
  • Network, build partnerships and strategic alliances with a broad range of people

Requirements:

  • Experience and involvement in community fundraising
  • Experience and involvement in the Education sector
  • Driver's license
