Job Title: Reconciliation Specialist

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time Reconciliation Specialist position within a reputable finance organization.

The role involves working closely with the wider finance team and provides comprehensive training and guidance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing daily bank reconciliations and journal entries
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in receipts, disbursements, and settlements reporting
  • Liaising with stakeholders to see through reconciliation issue resolution
  • Ensuring escalation procedures are followed in a timely manner
  • Reviewing daily reporting from settlement partner
  • Ad-hoc additional finance duties

Requirements:

  • 2+ years working experience in a similar role (Reconciliation focused)
  • Payments / FS / Banking experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Able to build relationships and engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Full working rights
