Job Title: Reconciliation Specialist
About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time Reconciliation Specialist position within a reputable finance organization.
The role involves working closely with the wider finance team and provides comprehensive training and guidance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing daily bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in receipts, disbursements, and settlements reporting
- Liaising with stakeholders to see through reconciliation issue resolution
- Ensuring escalation procedures are followed in a timely manner
- Reviewing daily reporting from settlement partner
- Ad-hoc additional finance duties
Key Responsibilities Summary:

- Discrepancy analysis and resolution
- Stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Process optimization and improvement
- Financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- 2+ years working experience in a similar role (Reconciliation focused)
- Payments / FS / Banking experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Able to build relationships and engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Full working rights
