We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Media Reconciliation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reconciliation processes and be able to work accurately with numbers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential for this role.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that involves working closely with the Finance team to deliver high-quality reconciliation services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance during monthly proformas and invoicing
  • Reconciling Spectra with media invoices, ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Liaising with the media team to resolve discrepancies prior to approval dates
  • Addressing account queries within 48 hours
  • Distributing invoices and supporting aged debt, and assisting in month-end reports
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thriving under pressure, taking initiative, and having a solution-focused mindset
  • Multi-tasking, planning and organisation skills, and working well in a team
  • Prior experience in a Media Reconciliation role (6 months +)
  • Prior experience using Spectra is not essential but highly regarded
