Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking multiple project coordinators to support major project planning and delivery in the infrastructure and renewable energy space.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with flexible hybrid work options based in Melbourne CBD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project set-up, including travel, equipment, and documentation.
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and dashboard updates with project managers.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and site crews to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Escalate issues, track actions, and contribute to ongoing project improvements.
  • Assist with project close-out, lessons learned, and review alignment.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or similar fields.
  • Entry-level experience in project coordination or site administration, or education within renewable energy.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese is highly beneficial.
