The Opportunity

This role involves taking the lead on national coordination and delivery of our Early Careers Program, driving a diverse portfolio of HR initiatives and projects across the firm.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective execution of national HR programs, leveraging project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to support our strategic people objectives.

  • Coordinate key project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple HR initiatives;
  • Deliver Early Careers Programs nationally, including Graduate and Seasonal Clerkship Programs;
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions and professional associations to attract top early talent;
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to deliver engaging induction programs and training experiences;
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs;
  • Support core HR operations and reporting cycles;
  • Manage accurate reporting and analysis using Excel and other HR systems.

Key Requirements

You will be a dynamic HR professional with experience in generalist HR, early careers, coordination, or project-based HR work.

  • Strong project coordination skills;
  • A confident communication style, both written and verbal;
  • Experience working across stakeholder groups at various levels;
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • A collaborative approach, aligned to our firm values.
