Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide strategic HR advice and support, driving business outcomes and improving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal client groups to provide best practice HR advice and support
  • Develop and implement tailored HR strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Guide and support line managers in employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with local and international centres of excellence to deliver specialized HR initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or business management
  • Proven experience working in a HR team within a medium-large corporate environment
  • Previous HR Business partnering experience with a sales client group
  • Strong planning and prioritization ability, coupled with a self-starter approach
