About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to build our talent capability and drive performance in the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Recruit high-caliber profiles to our business and manage employee relations matters as they arise.
  • Develop and implement structured action plans to engage our workforce and ensure our team remuneration packages are competitive and aligned to the wider market.
  • Build a safety-first culture in our team to create a safe working environment.
About You

We are looking for a business-savvy Human Resources Business Partner who has a passion for supporting leaders develop their teams and driving performance in our business. You will ideally have experience working in a retail or similar environment and be comfortable partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
