Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our operations team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our quarry operations remain safe, sustainable and fully compliant with all regulatory and environmental standards.

As a senior leader, you will lead compliance practices, shape how we operate in alignment with legislative and environmental obligations, and work closely with quarry management, regulators and operational teams to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to influence diverse stakeholders including contractors, regulatory agencies and senior leaders, and possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will need to simplify complex information and bring others on the journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in quarry management, health & safety management, geology or a related field
  • Quarry Practising Certificate
  • Leadership and management experience
