About the Vocational Instructor Role
As a vocational instructor, you will develop and implement curriculum programs to enhance students' skills in certificate-based training.
You will collaborate with the department head to design and deliver real-world learning experiences and provide career pathways for students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting attendance, behavior, and reporting requirements as specified by the institution, and facilitating assessment processes to track competency completion and work placement progress.
This role requires maintaining accurate and confidential training records and supporting strategic direction, productive working relationships, and personal drive and integrity.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- A current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card).
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant industry experience and currency.
