About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all building applications, assessments, and inspections are conducted to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end building application assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews in accordance with regulations and industry standards;
  • Providing expert advice to clients, preparing quotations, attending project meetings, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process;
  • Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and leveraging specialized services in commercial and tenancy certification.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of NCC, NSW, and QLD state legislation, as well as relevant accreditation/licence (Level 1 or Level 2);
  • At least 3 years of experience in assessments, inspections, and certification work across commercial/industrial projects;
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • A valid QLD and/or NSW Driver's licence.
