As a Senior Sustainability Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s sustainability initiatives and driving meaningful outcomes for clients.

The Role

Leading project delivery, undertaking technical analyses, and supporting the business through thought leadership and industry involvement are core responsibilities of this position. The ideal candidate will thrive on technical problem-solving, clear communication, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable solutions.

Key deliverables include leading and delivering sustainability consulting services for various building projects, overseeing report preparation, conducting life-cycle analysis, energy and thermal modeling, and collaborating with industry bodies and councils.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Sustainable Design or a related field is essential, along with 5-10 years of experience in ESD consulting, RPEQ certification, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
