Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to older adults? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant in Grafton.

We offer a range of shifts, including morning and afternoon positions across the week. As part of our dedicated team, you'll be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks such as showering and dressing, supporting day-to-day activities like eating and social events, and collaborating with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) and excellent communication skills. You'll need to be comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people and possess a kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as showering and dressing
  • Support day-to-day activities like eating and social events
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and work effectively as part of a team to optimize residents' health and wellbeing
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care
