A Personal Care Assistant Role

We are seeking kind-hearted and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care activities such as bathing and dressing
  • Support daily tasks including eating, socializing and medication management
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure care plans are implemented effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively to optimize the health and wellbeing of our residents
  • Provide exceptional service to families and the community

Essential Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for providing person-centred care to the elderly
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • Understanding of workplace safety protocols
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
