We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Educator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their career in automotive education.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis and Training and Assessment. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, assessing student performance, and contributing to the growth and development of our clients' employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our clients;
  • To assess student performance and provide constructive feedback;
  • To work collaboratively with our team to achieve common goals;
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or equivalent tertiary qualifications;
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units);
  • Relevant industry experience; and
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
