Job Title: Business Partner – Strategic Operations

Job Description:

The Business Partner is a key leadership position within the People & Culture team, responsible for delivering business outcomes through strategic partnerships and collaborations. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving organizational change.

  • Lead strategic projects and programs to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance productivity and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business partnering or consulting capacity, preferably in a human resources or operations context.
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
