Mantra Pandanas is a leading hotel operator in the heart of Darwin city. Our property offers modern and chic hotel rooms, studio spaces, one and two bedroom apartments, as well as conferencing and event facilities. We strive to provide exceptional guest experiences through our range of services, including dining at Table Forty Three, a lagoon-style recreational pool, spa, and fully equipped gym.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the Front Office Team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high levels of team energy and engagement.
  • To take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolutions of any challenges that may arise.
  • To mentor and nurture the growth of team members, fostering a supportive atmosphere that promotes skill-building and development.
  • To collaborate with guests, providing personalized solutions to their needs and preferences.
  • To contribute to roster planning and preparation, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Operations, with a proven track record of leadership roles as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.
  • Knowledge of Sihot PMS is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, with epic organisational and time management skills.
  • Masterful in both written and spoken communication.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
