Supporting Individuals with High Care Needs

We are seeking Support Workers to join our teams in Western Australia. This is an opportunity to provide direct supports to individuals with varying needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and community supports to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with manual tasks, such as hoisting (training provided)
  • Offer hydrotherapy assistance and domestic support
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and the team

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in Disability Support or a related field
  • Autism experience preferred for Floreat team roles
  • Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to use a Smartphone and Apps

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate starting at $30.46 plus super and penalties

  • A nationally recognised Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support through our Traineeship program
  • Option to Salary Package up to $18,550 to reduce taxable income
