Personal Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Personal Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, be proactive in training and growth opportunities, and support the sales representative in their daily tasks.

The Role:

  • Dedicated support for a sales representative, ensuring seamless administration and contract processing.
  • Effective management of mail, scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and arranging follow-up calls.

Requirements:

  • Real estate experience is desirable but not essential; a valid driver's license is required.
