Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute strategic workforce plans.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment needs across all business units, focusing on candidate experience and quality of hire.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging market insights and analytics.
  • Conduct intake meetings, define interview processes, and share talent market trends.
  • Own and execute hiring initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.
  • Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing, and customer success).
  • Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
