Senior Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Expert to join our global team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and is obsessed with process excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end hiring for senior appointments across corporate and commercial functions, partnering closely with C-suite and senior leadership to define hiring strategies and processes. They should have 8+ years' experience in senior-level recruitment, with a strong track record in corporate hiring. They should be process-obsessed, able to integrate into a corporate environment, and work effectively across regions.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures, working on impactful and high-profile appointments that shape the business.

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior appointments
  • Partner closely with C-suite and senior leadership to define hiring strategies and processes
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-calibre leadership talent
  • Provide market insights, hiring data, and process improvements to drive efficiency and quality
  • Act as a credible, trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience in senior-level recruitment
  • Strong track record in corporate hiring
  • Process-obsessed and able to integrate into a corporate environment
  • Excellent team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills

Location: Sydney, Australia (with flexibility to travel across JAPAC)
