  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction through professionalism, quality skills, and excellent communication.

    • Provide a range of beauty treatments, with a focus on relaxation body massage and facials.

    • Work independently and use your initiative to achieve targets and goals.

    • Meet sales and client re-booking KPIs.

    • Contribute to a positive team environment and be willing to follow instructions and guidance.

    • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to enhance the business.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum Cert IV in Beauty Therapy/Massage qualifications.

    • Remedial massage qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

    • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the industry.
