The Learning and Development Advisor plays a pivotal role in implementing the company's strategic training initiatives. This involves creating engaging, module-based content and collaborating with operational leaders to embed learning programs that enhance workforce capability.

About the Role
  • Supporting the rollout of the Competency Skills Matrix by partnering with operations teams to assess capability against the framework already developed.
  • Conducting thorough training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for targeted learning programs.
  • Designing and delivering modular training content, creating practical resources that drive results on the ground.
