Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging content for various delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, and blended formats
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design effective learning materials
- Apply instructional design principles to align learning content with adult learning best practices and business objectives
- 3-5 years of experience developing learning content in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or operational learning environment
- Strong writing, editing, and instructional design skills for both classroom and online formats
- Experience with eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technology
- Able to write clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with industry-standard eLearning tools and platforms
