Learning Experience Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to develop innovative and high-quality e-learning content that meets the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of educational principles and methodologies, excellent written language skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Develop engaging training experiences in accordance with project briefs
  • Research, review, analyze, and assemble source content to create interactive and user-friendly learning materials
  • Design learning strategies and course outlines that meet customer needs
  • Write and structure content in course storyboards with recommendations for interactivity, user experience, and visual elements

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating effective learning experiences, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Qualification in Education, Communications or similar field
  • Minimum two years professional experience in instructional design or relevant occupation
  • Solid understanding of educational principles and methodologies
  • Excellent written language skills, including writing in plain language, structural editing, copy editing, and proof reading
