We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests from around the world.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment while ensuring that all areas of the bar and lounge are well-maintained. This includes providing top-notch service, handling customer inquiries, and addressing any issues promptly.
This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Environmental Maintenance: Ensure that all areas of the bar and lounge are clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of quality.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Teamwork: Work effectively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Communication Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
