Room Service Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Room Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences directly to guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take accurate guest orders via phone or digital systems with courtesy.
  • Prepare trays and trolleys according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and service excellence.
  • Set up in-room dining experiences with attention to detail and guest comfort.
  • Clear trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors in a timely and discreet manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices.
