Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the delivery of technology services, ensuring operational stability and improving customer advocacy and business value. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in service management, contract management, and vendor management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effectiveness and documentation of key controls and the overall control environment.
  • Report on delivery and incident/problem management outcomes.
  • Address service management priorities in a timely manner, minimizing impact to the business and customer.
  • Enable the strategic outsource delivery model through monitoring and reviewing partner performance.
  • Contribute to GroupTech planning as a member of the Applications Domain leadership team.
  • Guide projects to abide by governance policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology management experience.
  • 5+ years of contract management experience.
  • 10+ years of service management experience.
  • 5+ years of vendor management experience.
  • Extensive skills in analysis/problem solving, stakeholder management, and technology understanding.
