Job Role

This role is part of the Corporate Services division within the Information and Digital Technology business unit. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with the support team to ensure technical escalations are addressed and delivered according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the support team with technical escalation and help them deliver according to SLA and KPI requirements.
  2. Adhere to and expand IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices and processes per the council's IT Service Management (ITSM) requirements.
  3. Participate in technical projects involving internal staff training and engagement.
  4. Provide an excellent customer experience by delivering all IT services to internal and external customers.
