Key Responsibilities
  • Support respiratory healthcare services at various clinics, as needed, by covering staff duties and providing hands-on assistance.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Managers to develop and train new consultants in respiratory healthcare.
  • Cultivate effective relationships between internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in CPAP therapy solutions.
  • Oversee customer contracts, including renewals, pricing adjustments, and amendments, to ensure seamless delivery of respiratory healthcare services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments, preferably in roles that involve respiratory healthcare or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to manage clinic operations independently.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
