Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

We are seeking an experienced CPAP Therapy Specialist for our sleep therapy clinics across the Melbourne region. This role involves ensuring continuity and high standards of patient services by travelling to various clinics, providing hands-on support and covering staff as needed. Collaboration with the Clinic Manager includes contributing to training and development of new consultants.

Our clinics provide tailored solutions for patients with obstructive sleep apnea.

  • The primary contact for clinics handles enquiries and provides technical and commercial advice.
  • Building relationships and delivering service excellence are key responsibilities.
  • Careful coordination between internal teams ensures a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Collaboration with physicians creates effective treatment plans addressing each patient's unique needs.
  • Providing follow-up appointments and ongoing support for patients is essential.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in retail, healthcare or sales environments and is passionate about helping patients.

Key skills include exceptional communication, independent clinic management capability and broad experience with customer service across all stages of interaction.

Proficiency with Google Suite applications and strong organisational and administrative skills are also required.
