High-Quality Learning Resources Developer Position
This role is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to develop their experience in instructional design.
The selected candidate will work alongside the RTO Manager to play a crucial support role in developing engaging learning resources.
This hands-on role involves quickly taking ownership of projects and working independently, while also collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities include designing content for blended delivery modes, managing multiple projects, and supporting continuous improvement through validation, feedback, and data analysis.
Success as an Instructional Designer at MSA will depend on your ability to work effectively with stakeholders, build and update eLearning modules using a range of authoring tools, and follow internal processes to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of ASQA standards and the VET regulatory framework
  • Basic experience using design tools (Rise, Canva, Articulate Storyline, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A keen eye for layout, formatting and consistency
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written communication and editing skills
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm about experimenting with new digital tools to enhance learning engagement
