Lead the Development of Range and Space Strategy


As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and execution of our Range and Space strategy across all store formats. This involves optimising floorplans, product assortments and planograms to enhance the customer experience and drive commercial outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with strong project execution and change management capability. They will be able to lead a high-performing team and partner closely with teams across the business to deliver innovative, customer-first solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of our Range & Space strategy, overseeing floor planning, assortment curation, and planogram development, as well as managing processes and systems that are agile, efficient, and fit-for-purpose.

Requirements:
  • 7 to 10+ years' experience in Range & Space, merchandising, or retail transformation
  • Strategic thinking and strong project execution capabilities
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and hands-on data analysis abilities
